Designed for excellence, Metaflex Passage Care doors provide the optimum solution for passages in healthcare, pharmaceutical, commercial and retail environments, where there is a need for clean air and hygiene. The door helps in preventing the environmental pollutants like dust, airborne microbes, aerosol particles and chemical vapour to enter into the room.
This door has a hygienic finish, ease of operation and is low in maintenance. The window gives you visual sight on what happens behind the door for extra safety. The passage care door is available in a range of finishes, specifications and colours to suit various application areas. Especially suitable for passages that are used intensively.
DOOR LEAF
The door leaf is 44 mm thick, with a core of Polyurethane (PU) or Polyisocynurate PIR).

– Pre painted galvalume steel (PPGL)
– Pre painted galvalume steel with wooden finish (PPGL-WF)
– Stainless steel (SS)
– High pressure laminate (HPL), framed in anodized aluminum profiles.
SEALING
All around rubber gasket, non particle shedding type in door frame.
DOOR FRAME
Block frame of 80 x 60 mm, 2.5 mm thick anodized aluminum, with 2.0 mm thick galvanized iron reinforcements.
HINGES
Ball bearing hinges.
OPERATION
Stainless steel door handle, D-grip. Standard equipped with a dead lock with Euronorm cylinder.
WINDOW
Double insulated glass unit flushed with door’s faces. Size 300 x 300 mm
