Coils are made for capacities varying form 3 tons/day ice plant to 100 tons/day ice plant.
Custom made special size coils can also be supplied.
Trunk type V shaped brine cooling coils that are made of 32 NB (1¼ ) M.S. ERW heavy class pipes with suitable headers at top and bottom. These are used for ice freezing in block ice plants. The Coils are tested at 31 Kg/cm2 (450 psi) after fabrication coils are supplied in Red oxide primer finish or yellow primer finish.
